Oct 2022 – Apr 2025- Led product-led growth strategy — redesigned the free trial flow with integrated automations, contributing to a +300% increase in monthly leads
- Built the design system from scratch and drove a full refresh of brand identity, messaging, and marketing website
- Identified the lack of user behaviour data and led end-to-end implementation of a product analytics infrastructure to track KPIs and inform design decisions
- Recognised the absence of product documentation and independently scoped, built, deployed, and authored the full documentation website
