Foundation and redesign, one project
The architecture rebuild could not be justified on its own terms, so I scoped it together with the visible work the business wanted. Both parts shipped; migration to the new widgets is voluntary and running.

I defined and prototyped the shift from a layer over search to an agent that chooses between tools, after clustering a year of real conversations. Engineering built the production version; it shipped in August 2026, so there is no outcome measure yet.
