Ciao, I'm Lorenzo — a Product Manager for B2B and AI SaaS.

The architecture rebuild could not be justified on its own terms, so I scoped it together with the visible work the business wanted. Both parts shipped, and around half of all deployed widgets have migrated voluntarily, part-way through a six-month window.

I defined and prototyped the shift from a layer over search to an agent that chooses between tools, after clustering a year of real conversations. Engineering built the production version; it shipped in August 2026, so there is no outcome measure yet.

Managed by partners using the platform I defined and led. Sales and partners acquired the accounts.

Completed in their promised quarter in Q2 2026, after 4/14, 4/6, and 5/8 in the prior three quarters. I owned prioritisation, planning, and sequencing; engineering delivered the work.
