Ciao, I'm Lorenzo
and this is how I got here.
I'm a Product Manager at Raffle AI in Copenhagen, working on a B2B AI SaaS platform. I'm responsible for what we build and when it ships, alongside a CTO who holds engineering resourcing and a CEO who agrees the quarterly commitments. Most of my time goes on keeping engineering, commercial teams, leadership, and customers pointed at the same problem.
What I care about is whether a decision holds up in practice. Most of what I've built at Raffle came from the same instinct: replace one-off, hand-configured work with something repeatable, then check the result against what customers and the business actually got.
Before this I was a product designer — at Raffle for two and a half years, and at Politecnico di Milano before that. It's why I think in systems, and why I'd rather prototype an idea than argue about it in a document. That background makes me a better PM; it isn't the job I'm doing.
